About Chef Wolfgang Kaufmann

Chef Wolfgang was born in a small town in Bavaria, Germany, where he then later served a 3 year apprenticeship to become a chef. During this time he crafted the recipe for his now famous dressing, along with many other great culinary creations. He then worked in several first class hotels, restaurants, and private clubs in Europe and the United States. Chef Wolfgang has now dedicated himself entirely to hand-crafting and producing his award-winning dressing in the USA, where he says “a dream can still come true.”

Chef Wolfgang’s dressing is a light and “clean” dressing (as described by a famous nutritionist), which can be used as the perfect finish on any salad. It’s also great as a marinade, and of course makes a wonderful German potato salad.

This dressing does not “kill” your taste buds as many other vinaigrettes do.
